The Saarbrücken-based company follows a multi-channel strategy using all possible means of technical communication. Customer service is on a round-the-clock basis: a CosmosDirekt employee can be contacted any time. More and more people use the Internet to contact the company, with more than 50 percent of the policies being generated via this channel.
